Labata Fantalle Organization has provided capacity building training on different topics for its staff members from August 27-28, 2025 at LaFO Field Office. The training topics include Leadership, PCM & MEAL, Human Rights Based Approach Development, Local Fundraising, and Grant and Financial Management. The training was informative and our staff were able to obtain lots of insights, skills and experiences from each other. This training builds the capacity of the staff thereby contributing to the effective implementation of the current and future projects on the ground. This training was part of the cascading of capacity building trainings provided by WHH and CoSAP under EU CSF+ Capacity Development Program for Local Grassroots CSOs pool members. We highly thank WHH Ethiopia and other consortium members for the training opportunity.
