After several months of stakeholder consultations, learning from years of experience, assessing needs, identifying and prioritizing areas for further engagement, and analyzing both national and operational contexts amid an increasingly constrained funding landscape, Labata Fantalle Organization (LaFO) has developed a five-year strategic plan designed to make the organization fit for purpose. To validate the plan, LaFO convened a Five-Year Strategic Plan Validation Workshop that brought together community representatives from its implementation areas, government counterparts, members of the Board of Directors, and staff. The workshop fostered local ownership, refined the strategic focus, and strengthened collective commitment toward implementation. Participants pledged their support for the successful realization of the plan and called upon the government and the international community, including donors, to provide both financial and technical support for its effective implementation.
